How to Approach a Logic Question
Start by separating what the question tells you from what you are assuming. A detail that seems obvious may not actually be stated, while a small qualification can change which answer works.
For a mathematical problem, write down the quantities and check each step. For a reasoning question, test your proposed answer against every condition. Before revealing the solution, ask yourself whether you have answered the exact question being asked.
Try the Brain Teasers Without Multiple-Choice Hints
Keeping the options hidden changes the challenge. Instead of recognising a likely answer, you have to produce one yourself. Write down your answer and a short reason for choosing it, then reveal the options.
If your answer differs from the correct one, reread the question and look for the point where your reasoning changed direction. You may have missed a condition, made a calculation error or added an assumption that the question did not support.
Solve the Questions with Friends
Choose a short set and let everyone work independently before revealing the answers. Compare your reasoning as well as your final choices: two people can arrive at the same answer by very different routes.
For a simple scoring system, award one point per correct answer and keep your own total. Agree beforehand whether players can see the multiple-choice options.
